There is not usually a charge for modifications but this will depend on the request and will be confirmed once your enquiry form has been received.
A bespoke order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, unless faulty. 
Lead times are typically a couple of days but can be up to two weeks and will be advised prior to purchase.
