Dispatch and Delivery

We dispatch orders Mon - Fri at 3.00 p.m
Most orders are dispatched either the same or following working day. Very occasionally during busy periods it may be 2 days later, in this case any Second Class orders will be sent First Class.
Guaranteed Next Day Deliveries need to be received before 1.00 p.m to be dispatched the same day, although we will try to get them out if they arrive a little bit later.
We ship worldwide with prices starting from £5 to Europe and £10 outside Europe. If you would like to purchase the E40 bulbs from outside of the UK then please contact us by email first.
We use Royal Mail for smaller orders and UPS or DHL for bulkier deliveries.

Returns

Our bulbs are fragile and despite our best efforts sometimes arrive damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged then please contact us within 7 days. Once returned we will replace or refund as appropriate. If you choose a replacement it will be free of any delivery charge.
You must obtain proof of postage for any returned parcels.
We have a 3 month guarantee on all of our bulbs.
We offer a 14 day return policy if the goods are unwanted and returned in perfect condition. Postage will not be refunded for unwanted items.
